Another Thrifted Sweater

goodwill sweater 6

Last weekend, J and I took a short 2 day road trip to Cambria for his birthday. We visited Hearst Castle, San Luis Obispo, Sycamore Valley Hot Springs, Cayucos and Pismo Beach. We both had never been to either of these cities so it was nice to explore and see the gorgeous California coast. Sometimes I wonder how I’ve lived here my whole life and have never driven up the coast.

We took some quick outfit photos at Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo with my hot pink thrifted sweater. I think it is safe to say I like pink since it seems to be a recurring color in my wardrobe.  Anyway, this sweater is from one of the coolest thrift stores ever. Some people don’t like thrift stores because of the smell or the fact it is second hand, but Rare by Goodwill in Anaheim is one you have to definitely check out.

Rare does not have that musky smell. It smells quite good actually. It also doesn’t even look like a thrift store and has almost brand new clothes that are trendy and wearable. You will not find an ugly Christmas sweater here! If you are unsure about thrift shops and live in the area, definitely check out Rare by Goodwill. With every item you purchase, you are ensuring it does not end up in landfills!
