Since we are on the topic of summer this week, I thought I’d introduce a couple of ethical swimwear brands that I recently came across.
Finding ethically made or eco-friendly swimwear is probably the hardest to find especially at an affordable price, which is why I resorted to making my own for Hawaii in February.
Most options fall within the $100-200 range. I know that is steep for swimwear, but if you wear it for 5 years, then you spent $30 each year to wear it. I have a bikini that I’ve worn since 2008 and even though the bottoms are completely worn out, I still wear the top often.
It is so hard to choose my favorite because I really love these styles. As you can tell, I’m into active bathing suits because no one likes fussing with their bathing suit while swimming.
